Product Introduction
The CCM Continuous Casting Machine independently developed and manufactured by Tangshan Mingnan Automation Technology is a full-automatic steel water forming complete set of equipment, specially designed for medium and small steel mills and short-process metallurgical enterprises worldwide. This equipment replaces the traditional intermittent mold casting process. It continuously guides molten steel from electric furnaces or converters into the crystallizer, and completes steel billet forming through water cooling crystallization, vibration demolding, secondary cooling, tension straightening and automatic cutting. It integrates four core intelligent control systems: intelligent temperature control, liquid level closed-loop control, dynamic reduction and automatic cutting. Effectively solving the common problems of traditional casting equipment such as billet cracks, rough surface, large size deviation, high energy consumption and excessive labor dependence. With modular design, the machine can be customized in strands, billet sections and arc radii according to customers' factory conditions and output demands, suitable for steel production lines with annual output ranging from 20,000 to 1.5 million tons.
